Stay Regulations
1. The hotel day begins at 3:00 p.m. Check-out takes place by 11:00 a.m. at the latest. If the Tenant leaves the premises after this time, they will be charged an additional fee of PLN 100 for each subsequent hour of stay started in the premises.
2. The Tenant is responsible for the actions of the people occupying the premises together with them.
3. In the event of deterioration, damage or destruction of the premises or the common areas of the building caused by the Tenant, the Landlord will charge the Tenant with the cost of repairing the damage, any lost rental income if the repair takes a longer period, and all costs of relocating guests in connection with the repair of the premises, to which the Tenant consents.
4. A complete smoking ban applies in the rented premises and throughout the building. Failure to comply with the smoking ban results in a penalty of PLN 1000 imposed on the Tenant.
5. Quiet hours apply in the building from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. If the Tenant breaches the quiet hours, they will be required to cover the cost of any security intervention.
6. Only people covered by the reservation may stay in the rented premises. Organising parties and gatherings, and exceeding the number of guests covered by the reservation, is prohibited. Failure to comply with this provision results in a penalty imposed on the Tenant equal to twice the daily rental price. All penalties and any costs related to damage will be charged to the credit card provided during the reservation process, to which the Tenant consents.
7. If a breach of these rules is suspected, or a crime is suspected, the Landlord has the right to enter the premises at any time.
8. The Landlord may terminate the agreement with immediate effect if the Tenant breaches the provisions of this agreement, in particular if the Tenant and/or accompanying persons:
a) use the premises in a way that is inconsistent with the agreement,
b) damage the premises or their equipment, causing their condition to deteriorate beyond normal wear and tear,
c) disturb the peace and order of residents of other apartments in the building.
9. If the rental agreement is terminated by the Landlord, the full reservation fee will be charged, along with any additional penalties and compensation costs.
10. Guests who are clearly intoxicated will not be allowed to check in, and no refund will be due.
11. We do not accept pets.

14. The Tenant may file a complaint regarding the reservation or stay by sending it to the email address info@divonapartments.pl. The complaint should include the first and last name, the date of stay and a description of the situation being reported. We review complaints within 14 days of receiving them, and the response is provided in the same form in which the complaint was submitted.
